"The CTU has been so very welcoming in my first month, and a fun contrast to my previous roles in a clinical capacity, with E aster egg trails, puppy visits and coffee mornings to name a few! Professionally there are clear avenues for progression and I'm learning new skills constantly. My managers are always checking in with my progress and are eager to hear my thoughts and ideas affording me the space to be creative and comfortable. The department has certainly made me feel at home."
